| Well, folks, I've survived the sickness that's been going around and all I can say is "Uff da!" If you're not Scandinavian by descent, that roughly translates to "Oy vey!" Or if you are not up on your Yiddish colloquialisms, it can be approximated at "Sweet Jesus!" or any number or phrases intended to convey a general not-goodness. Seriously, I don't wanna do that again, so if you're suffering as so many are right now, you have my sympathies! And feel free to start saying "Uff da" lots, especially at any time you have to move. It really does help. :) So, here's what's happening this week! For starters, Sunday Brunch is actually happening. Last Sunday we canceled brunch (my bad!), but we won't let this wonderful idea for breakfast fall to the wayside. What else? The Whole Self Care Class Series is starting next week. Also, a second tapping class is going on. Also, getting ready for another swing class and the Astronomy Lounge. As for the art wall, we have had several artists interviewed and we should be having our first art show at the beginning on April! And there are sketches of the "tree of life" to be painted on the East wall, so all is in the works. I'm so glad to be getting caught up on all that I missed. Many thanks to my awesome staff for taking such great care of everything! Not many small business owners like myself have the luxury of being ill for 5 days and I do thanks to my awesome crew. You guys rock! Much love to you and yours. Hope all is well and I can't wait to see you again and hear the latest! :) Sarah |

| Upcoming Events! Energy Healing/"Tapping" Class Monday March 5th, 7:15pm Mike is coming back to teach another energy tapping class for self-healing by my request. The first class was really great and we didn't have space to accommodate everyone who wanted to come. So, we're doing a second beginner class in the basics of tapping, which is a healing modality combining energy healing using the body's meridians and pyschology. It's easy and I heard some really inspiring stories from some folks using the tapping methods Mike taught them. The class is a donation only event and we still have space in the class for people to join us! Astronomy Lounge Saturday March 10th, 1-4pmIan Kahler is hosting this event and in his own words...This is NOT revenge of the nerds ok... so don't be intimidated. Astronomy/NASA/ and space technology is of interest to many of us now. Join me, share your thoughts. Swingin' in Reno! Saturday March 10th, 7pm - 10pm Zach and crew are back for another swing lesson and dance at Hi Point! Free lesson from 7pm - 8pm and then dancing til 10pm. Yoga Class at Hi Point! Monday, March 4th 5:30pm - 6:45pm Wednesday, March 7th 5:30pm - 6:45pm Yoga Monday and Wednesday nights. Bring your mat! Class is a $7 donation to Jelena. jelenahardy@gmail.com Jelena's style of yoga is a dynamic flowing practice that allows the internal movement of the breath to carry the external movement of the body. As the life force (prana) is intensified and stilled, the physical practice becomes a dynamic form of meditation. Challenging the body and mind to find a balance between effort and receptivity imbues the physical practice with lightness and grace and maximizes one's power of conscious manifestation. This process of self-realization and unity with the divine is the essence of yoga. |
