Ack! Way late on getting my email out this week, so I'll cut short my commentary in the interest of time. Oops! Thankfully we don't have any big events this weekend that I failed to allow you to plan for, except a splendid three course brunch tomorrow am. Hopefully you'll agree that his sounds way yummy. As for next week, we have music and poetry coming up. So stay tuned for on further details on that and you can find dates/times for future events on our facebook page and also Reno News and Review online events calendar.
Hope all is well and I look forward to seeing you soon!

New Book Club Book
The new book is called The Coffee Trader by David Liss. It's a thriller set in mid 17th century Amsterdam, in the wake of the Inquisition. The hero of the book becomes involved in intrigue and the introduction of coffee to the European continent. Historical fiction of the most fun variety! We'll be meeting January 30th, 2pm to discuss! |
Drive for warm stuff!
The second load of warm stuff was take to Record street by a wonderful customer, so our boxes are empty and ready for a refill. It's a super cold week, so today would be a great time to bring in your extra winter things for Reno's homeless. Thank you! |
