I can't believe it! Second week in a row of a late email. Sorry, folks! It's been busy, but fun as always. It's a quiet weekend because of the holiday, but we're still having a great time with brunch tomorrow. All the other weekend events are taking a hiatus and we're closing early on Sunday at 1pm for the holiday.
Thanks, y'all!

Book Club Selection
I've forgotten to post our book club selection for this month on the email, I believe. The book is called The Leisure Seekers by Michael Zadoorian.
amazon link to the book
I've started reading it a couple days ago and it is just charming. It's a novel and the store of an elderly couple's "last honeymoon", as they travel across country. Very touching and funny. We'll be discussing later this month, but get it now to start reading!! There's a couple copies left at the library, I believe. |
Bike Ride Monday 10am
Hey, all! There's a few of us that are thinking about going on a no-pressure, no-drop road ride on Monday mornings. Come and join us! Our routes may change and would be about an hour or two of riding, depending on what people would like to do. I'm totally out of shape, but it's time to stop using Hi Point as my ultimate excuse for avoiding exercise forever. So, come ride, chit chat and have some fun with a side of exercise. :)
