Hi guys!
How exciting to send our first email newsletter! Thanks for signing up for our email list. We'll use this list to let you know about upcoming events, special foods and exclusive coupons just for you. If you have a group/event you'd like to host at our place and share with the community, please let us know.  We just started the book club, which was great. Focus on Food - What are we serving??
Ricotta Stuffed French Toast
I love thi
s stuff. We take our homemade focaccia bread, fill it with sweetened ricotta cheese with fresh lemon zest and bake it til golden brown. Then we cover it with a brown sugar, cinnamon, maple and molasses topping. It's gotta be one of the best foods on the planet, in my humble opinion. We serve this on Saturday and Sunday, all day long!   


Acoustic Grind 
Our Acoustic Grind music series is just awesome. It's so much fun and the quality of the musicians blows me away. We're doing music every Saturday from 1:30 to 3:30. This weekend is Tyler Stafford and we'll have a whole new line up of great artists in February! Check out Tyler's page to hear his music! http://www.myspace.com/tylerstaffordmusic
We'll also have pre-sale tickets for Le Parti D'Amor for $25 at the next two Acoustic Grind concerts. Le Parti D'Amor is Saturday 2/13/10 8:00-11:00 with wine, hors d' ourves, desserts and great local music. New special drinks
It's Valentine's around the corner already. Crazy how the days flow by. All the more reason to slow down and savor a cup of delicious coffee! We have some new concoctions for the season of love. My favorite is the Hunk O' Burnin' Love Mocha.  A lightly spiced mocha with a special and secret ingredient. Also, the Hot Tamale Cinnamon Latte. Cinnamon flavor, cinnamon-infused espresso, topped with ground cinnamon. And last, but not least, the Cherry Truffle Mocha. Rich chocolate and cherry. Come try them out!
   



Book Group


We just had our first book group meeting where we discussed Michael Pollan's book, "In Defense of Food". We had such a great conversation, I'm excited to see where the conversation will go next! Our next book discussion will be about the simplicity movement. We'll be discussing "Your Money or Your Life" on March 7th at 3pm. If you're interested, start reading!
