| Hey, everyone! It's been a fun week at Hi Point. We have a new menu out with new specials on the way. And since it's practically spring time, the spring specials will be rolling out, too. Music this week is going to be awesome, upcoming bookcrossing event and more! Thanks! Sarah Toney Hi Point Coffee and Cafe |
Acoustic Grind Music on Saturday at 1:30-3:30 continues with Lisa McCuiston, a Reno favorite. Check her out at myspace.com/lisamccuiston . I just listened to one of her tracks and what a voice!! Come join us for some great live music and, of course, great refreshments. |
Focus on Coffee Organic Espresso? We're thinking about offering an organic espresso and more organic coffees in the future. Is organic important to you? Let us know what you think while we work with our roaster, Wood-Fire Roasted, to get the ultimate in organic coffees. You can email me or let one of us know at the shop. I'll keep you posted on our progress! |
Did someone say cookie?? I know it's a shameless marketing ploy to get people to come visit us in the afternoons, but does that matter? It's fun and who doesn't love warm cookies? Come in between 2-5pm and get a free, fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie. We pull them out of the oven at 2 and keep baking as we need to, so you know it's fresh and totally delicious. And free! :) |
Knitting Group This Sunday, come learn to knit or just hang out with fellow knitters! Sunday the 28th, 3-5pm. We have a wonderful customer who's willing to share her expertise in knitting and crochet. Plus, it's just a good time to sit and chat! |
Bookcrossing Hi Point Coffee and Cafe is an official bookcrossing site for people who love to share books for free. We will be hosting a club of bookcrossers March 6th, 11-1pm. If you're curious of how to get started in your adventures in bookcrossing, come join us! You can go to http://www.bookcrossing.com/ to learn more about bookcrossing. |
